While European law mandates a 14-day cooling-off period, we extend this to 30 days for all our customers. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase for a faster process.
2. How to Start a Return

Once your return is authorized, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label and arrange a courier collection if necessary.
3. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification.

4. Damages, Issues & Defective Items
Please inspect your furniture upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong piece, contact us immediately at info@stoffmobel.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a priority replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable & Customized Items
As a design studio, we often create pieces tailored to your needs.

Customized Items: Products made to specific dimensions, unique wood species, or bespoke design modifications cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We offer a 30-day window for easy exchanges.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time (up to 5-10 days) to post the refund to your account.
