At Stöff Mobel, we ensure that the journey of your solid wood furniture from our studio to your home is as refined as the design itself. All European orders are handled with a premium DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service to guarantee a seamless, all-inclusive experience.

1. All-Inclusive Shipping (No Hidden Fees)

We eliminate the complexity of logistics for our EU customers.

  • DDP Service: The price you see at checkout is the final price. All import VAT, customs duties, and administrative fees are fully prepaid by Stöff Mobel.

  • Guaranteed Transparency: If you are ever contacted by a carrier or local authorities requesting additional payments, please do not pay. Contact us immediately at info@stoffmobel.com, and our logistics team will resolve it for you.

2. Delivery Timelines

Every piece of Stöff furniture is hand-finished and secured in studio-grade packaging. We offer the following delivery tiers to all EU member states:

  • Standard Shipping (UPS): Arrives in approximately 14 Days

  • Priority Fulfillment (UPS): Arrives in 5-7 Days

Note: Delivery times include transit from our workshop to your doorstep.

3. Tracking & Security

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. All shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.

4. Damages, Returns & Exchanges

  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us at info@stoffmobel.com with your order number and photos within 24 hours. We will address the issue immediately.

  • Returns: In accordance with our 14-day EU Return Policy, you may return unused and unassembled items in their original packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy  link for detailed instructions.
